Gerardo was born and raised in Southern California to a family of entrepreneurs. And after managing the family business for a few years, he decided to venture into other industries, such as finance, telecommunications, and consumer services. He then realized he could utilize the skills he developed and his passion for helping others in his next endeavor. That next endeavor was real estate, solidified by his first-hand experience buying a home with his partner and two children to cement their roots in the Pacific Northwest!
His goal in real estate is to stand out above the rest, deliver world-class service, and demystify the home-buying or selling process. He takes the time to listen to his client's needs and goals and uses his in-depth knowledge of the market to help them make informed decisions. In addition, his attention to detail and exceptional negotiation skills are unmatched. He works tirelessly to ensure that his clients receive the best possible outcome, whether buying or selling a property. His commitment is always to protect his client's interests and help them achieve their real estate dreams.
When he's not working tirelessly for his clients, he is spending time with his family, talking about sports with friends, listening to one of many podcasts, or reading personal development books with a cup of coffee.
